Albert Uster Imports, Inc. (“AUI”) is a privately held gourmet food company headquartered in the Washington, DC area (Gaithersburg, MD) with warehouse locations across the US. Founded in 1968, the company offers over 1,400 products globally, serving hotels, restaurants, casinos, cruise lines, airlines, and manufacturers. AUI operates distribution centers nationwide and has a team of over 60 sales professionals and culinary experts.
About the Role:
The FP&A Manager will report to the Director of FP&A, partnering with business leaders and finance teams. Responsibilities include developing long-range plans, capital planning, operational finance management, risk/opportunity analysis, and team development. You will collaborate with executives on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role requires technical expertise, passion, and ownership.
Note: Due to pandemic adaptations, employees at Gaithersburg are expected to work in-person Monday through Wednesday, with optional telework on Thursday and Friday, subject to accommodations.
$100,000 - $120,000, bonus eligible. Final salary based on experience and qualifications.
