Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Manager for Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence to lead buy-side and sell-side projects across major U.S. markets, including Los Angeles.

You will supervise Associates, manage budgets, and deliver comprehensive QoE, P&L and working capital analyses for private equity and corporate clients. The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a degree in accounting, and CPA credentials or active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one, with strong US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
• Lead multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects of varying size and complexity.
• Generate a full due diligence report including QoE, P&L and working capital analyses.
• Maintain budget and fee analysis; manage client engagement communications.
• Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks; lead business development.
