Job summary

Centerstone, a leading nonprofit behavioral health system, seeks a Manager of Adult Community Services to lead FACT teams and other intensive community-based programs in Florida. You will ensure person-centered, recovery-oriented, evidence-based care and drive program performance, compliance, and collaboration with clinical staff and partners.

The role emphasizes supervision of program supervisors, data-driven improvement, and engagement with hospitals, housing providers, and community partners

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of leadership or program management experience in behavioral health or community-based settings.
• Experience with FACT or ACT programs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and program leadership for adult community services including FACT teams.
• Monitor access, census, service delivery, productivity, and outcomes; ensure fidelity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen services and improve performance.
• Support recruitment, supervision, coaching, and staff development for supervisors and multidisciplinary staff.
• Coordinate with hospitals, crisis services, housing, and community partners to support individuals’ recovery and stability.
