Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience delivering (executive) compensation or total rewards solutions.
• Ability to lead sales, manage project delivery, and nurture client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Lead and manage client engagements focused on (executive) compensation strategy, including pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay structure modernization.
• Develop and execute business development initiatives to grow Mercer's Rewards presence in key US markets.
• Collaborate with Mercer's cross functional teams to design integrated total rewards solutions addressing complex client needs.
