Under minimal supervision, the Manager, Enrollment will manage, coach and help to develop their enrollment team. They will be charged with meeting and exceeding enrollment budgets. They will also help with the interviewing and hiring process of new enrollment team members. They will work with the manager of enrollment development to ensure the highest level of performance is achieved from their team. They will have the authority to initiate disciplinary action for non-performers as well as rewarding those that perform. They will execute performance reviews for each advisor and team lead on their team.Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,696.34 and $95,230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
