Job Summary

Position: Manager, Engine Part Sales

Location: Kansas City International Airport Area, former TWA Overhaul Base facility

We are a full-service commercial aviation company specializing in the sale and lease of commercial aircraft, engines, and parts, as well as aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy team member to join our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all interactions with assigned customer accounts to ensure top‑notch service delivery and order fulfillment
  • Work closely with the Repairs‑Purchasing team, Product Line Specialists and Director to ensure quotes and final sales meet internal requirements
  • Assist with mentoring and training other members of the department as assigned
  • Attend customer meetings and industry trade shows as assigned
  • Monitor and report on quote volume, sales, and other areas of interest regarding assigned accounts
  • Provide after‑hours support on evenings and weekends when required
  • Perform direct customer contact and business development tasks
  • Coordinate regularly with team members at all levels of the supply chain
Education & Experience
  • 5+ years of proven aviation industry sales experience, preferably in the aftermarket parts sector
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial aircraft parts and sales methodology
  • Excellent closing and negotiation skills
  • A service‑mindful outlook, invested in relationship building and outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple or conflicting priorities appropriately
  • Passion for working with a commission structure that places responsibility for earning on the employee
Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing the responsibilities, employees will be seated at a desk, using a phone and computer for most of the day. Less than 5% of the duties require walking long distances, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Light lifting up to 10 lb may be required at times. The office environment typically has low noise levels.
