  • Hands-on, embedded in teams with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Structured coaching, enablement, and training leadership.
  • Proven sales leader at a high‑growth startup.

This role sits at the heart of Scribe’s Enterprise growth engine. As Manager, Emerging Enterprise Sales, you’ll lead a team of high‑potential Account Executives focused on landing Enterprise new business deals (meaningful deal sizes and moderate velocity). Your leadership will directly shape forecast predictability, rep development, and how we scale a repeatable, high‑impact Enterprise sales motion as Scribe continues to grow.

About the Role

As a Manager, Emerging Enterprise Sales at Scribe, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team responsible for closing Enterprise accounts with moderate deal velocity. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, thrives in the details of deal execution, and knows how to drive predictable results at scale.

You’ll manage a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives, experienced reps operating in complex Enterprise environments who are ready to be pushed to the next level. Your focus will be on driving strong execution across the funnel, tightening forecasting accuracy, and building repeatable sales excellence. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners across Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to ensure your team has everything they need to win.

Location

Fully remote. You must be located in the U.S. to be eligible for this position.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • You have 3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives, including ~3 years of direct people management in a high‑growth startup environment
  • You’ve successfully led teams selling into either large Mid‑Market accounts OR Enterprise accounts (1,500–5,000+ employees)
  • You have experience coaching Account Executives closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90‑day sales cycles
  • You’re highly skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection, and you know how to drive rigor without slowing momentum
  • You’re a hands‑on, and embedded in your teams and the active cycles (customer first mindset)
  • You’re comfortable driving performance through structured coaching, enablement, and training
  • You’ve been a successful sales leader at a high growth start up

Compensation

We use trusted market data and a tiered location system to ensure competitive, equitable pay. The range below reflects this; your specific offer will depend on experience, pay parity, and location.

OTE: $275,000–350,000 (60/40 split) + equity
