HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, FL is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day patient care in the department, supervise staff, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
The role requires an RN license (or APRN), ACLS, BCLS, PALS completion within specified windows, and at least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for day to day provision of care rendered to patients in the department, assists with oversight of daily operations, manages all staff members in the department and works closely with medical staff members. Maintains an active role in community education and serves as a resource to the Department.
