Job summary

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a Manager of Critical Care in Tallahassee, FL. You will oversee nursing care within the department, analyze care quality, and advise the Department Director on patient status and budgets.

This role requires an APRN or RN license, an Associate degree or RN diploma (BSN preferred), and at least 1 year of experience, with ACLS/BCLS due within 30 days. The hospital offers comprehensive benefits and a strong support network.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Job Summary:

To administer, analyze and appraise the care given to patients within the Department. To advise the Department Director regarding the status of patient care, budgetary projections, quality improvement processes. To anticipate and estimate future needs of the Department to improve quality of patient care. Collaborate and coordinate the efforts of the staff of the Department to accomplish the mission of HCA Florida Capital Hospital.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or (RN) Registered Nurse License required
• Associate Nursing Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 1 year of experience required
