HCA Florida Capital Hospital in Florida seeks a Manager of Emergency Services to oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient-centered care in the ER. The role requires nursing leadership, 3+ years of experience, RN license in state, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. BSN preferred.

• 3+ years of applicable experience is required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred
• 3+ years applicable experience - Required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation - Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required
