Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a Manager to oversee the daily function and staffing of the unit to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will monitor nurses and care delivery in accordance with policies and drive clinical outcomes.

Qualification includes RN license, RN diploma, ACLS/BLS, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. This full-time role is based in Gainesville, FL with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support.

Job Summary:

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required
• (RN) Registered Nurse license required
• Registered Nurse Diploma required
• 2 years of experience required
