Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a Manager to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of daily unit operations and staffing. You will monitor nursing care and hold staff accountable for quality and outcomes, aligning with facility objectives.

The role requires RN licensure in state of practice or active compact license, an RN degree (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and BLS certification, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3+ years of applicable experience required.
• Licensed as RN in state of practice or active compact license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred
• 3 + years of applicable experience - Required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation - Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
