Job summary

Mercy Medical Center Merced is seeking an Education Professional to help plan, coordinate, and deliver healthcare-related educational programs. You will assist in scheduling and conducting diverse training initiatives while ensuring engaging learning experiences for staff and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline/field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of education/healthcare-related experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience are required. Previous direct patient care experience is required.
• Licensed clinician (e.g., registered nurse, occupational therapist, physician's assistant, etc.) is required.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Education Professional, you will be a vital contributor to the planning, coordination, and delivery of essential healthcare-related educational and training programs.

Every day, you will actively assist in scheduling and conducting diverse healthcare training programs. You will also provide direct coordination and/or instruction in various educational initiatives, ensuring effective learning experiences for all participants.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in a related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
