Mercy Medical Center Redding seeks an Educator to plan, coordinate, and deliver essential healthcare education and training programs for diverse clinical staff. You will schedule and conduct trainings, provide direct instruction, and ensure effective learning experiences across Mercy's teams.

The role requires strong organizational and presentation skills and a deep understanding of healthcare education, with the ability to engage and train staff and professionals within Mercy Home Health &

Qualifications

2 years experience in Home Health or Hospice.
1 year experience with Healthcare information system.
Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire.
Driver's License: CA, upon hire.
Auto Insurance, upon hire.

Responsabilités

Plans, coordinates and delivers essential healthcare educational and training programs.
Schedules and conducts diverse healthcare training programs.
Provides coordination and instruction for educational initiatives for healthcare professionals and staff.
Develops and evaluates orientation and training activities, including competency testing.
Acts as clinical expert for home care-specific automated medical record system and conducts staff trainings.
participates in after-hours Administrative and clinical oversight as part of the leadership team.
