Job summary

Coach is seeking a Manager, Site Innovation & Operations, NA Ecommerce to lead the discovery experience across Search, PLP, and Navigation. You will partner with Digital Product, Design, UX and Ecommerce teams to drive a seamless path to purchase and optimize discovery performance.

You will own end-to-end delivery, run test-and-learn programs, and translate customer insights into actionable roadmap priorities. Hybrid work in NA is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Ecommerce or Digital Product.
• Experience leading site discovery and navigation optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a best-in-class product discovery experience across Search, PLP, and Navigation.
• Own end-to-end discovery performance and optimization.
• Influence and contribute to roadmap and execution plans.
• Partner with Digital Product, Ecommerce, UX, and Testing teams.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives and competitive benchmarking.
• Drive customer-first outcomes with clear ownership.
• Own reporting and analysis of discovery performance.
