College of DuPage seeks a Manager of Early College Programs to coordinate Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment initiatives with high schools and College divisions. You will implement policies, manage staff, and ensure compliant program delivery and student success.
You will report to the Assistant Director, supervise assigned staff, and prepare program reports while coordinating with multiple departments to optimize pathways from high school to COD and beyond.

The Manager of Early College Programs is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, management, and implementation of the College of DuPage Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment programs and related high school partnerships. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Early College Programs, this position implements established program policies, procedures, and priorities; coordinates program activities and services; maintains program systems and documentation; and works collaboratively with College departments and participating high schools to support effective program delivery, compliance, and student success. The Manager serves as a knowledgeable resource regarding Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment processes and requirements in accordance with the Illinois Dual Credit Quality Act (110 ILCS 27), and identifies opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. The position supervises assigned staff and is responsible for coordinating operational activities, monitoring program resources, and preparing reports and recommendations for the Assistant Director.
Personal computer with standard application software along with systems used within the College. Must have a valid Illinois driver's license for traveling to area high schools and/or other venues. Pleasant, general office environment; full-time work schedule may occasionally require some evening/weekend hours. This position requires a background check and drug screen. 11 Salary Starting salary beginning at $66,487, based on education and experience.
