Job summary

College of DuPage seeks a Manager of Early College Programs to coordinate Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment initiatives with high schools and College divisions. You will implement policies, manage staff, and ensure compliant program delivery and student success.

You will report to the Assistant Director, supervise assigned staff, and prepare program reports while coordinating with multiple departments to optimize pathways from high school to COD and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and implementation of Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment programs.
• Coordinate course offerings with high schools and College divisions.
• Maintain relationships with high school administrators, teachers, and College staff.
• Prepare reports on enrollment, courses, and activity.
• Monitor compliance with College, ICCB, IBHE, and other requirements.
