The College of DuPage is seeking a Coordinator, Adjunct Faculty Recruitment to lead full lifecycle recruitment for adjunct and academic support roles. You will manage search processes, postings, and candidate flow while partnering with HR to ensure compliant, efficient hiring practices at COD.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean, you will support onboarding, training, and diversity initiatives, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive campus culture and a strong applicant experience.

Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Adjunct Faculty Support the Coordinator will focus on the recruitment of Adjunct Faculty and Academic Support positions at the College. This position will coordinate all recruitment and onboarding processes and projects as it relates to the Adjunct Support Office. The Coordinator will partner with Human Resources in utilization of the applicant management system and hiring process to remain compliant to established procedures.
Starting pay begins at $49,640 based on experience.
Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
