Job summary

Denver Botanic Gardens seeks a Full Time Manager of Donor Engagement and Events to lead donor cultivation and major fundraising events within the Development Department. You will oversee the annual gala, Fête des Fleurs, and the Spring Plant Sale Preview Party, coordinating with volunteers, sponsors, caterers, and vendors to ensure memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising, event management, or comparable experience.
• Experience collaborating across departments for shared objectives.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and engage donors and prospects.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and the annual gala.
• Coordinate with sponsors and vendors for events.
• Lead volunteer leadership and committees for events.
