Responsibilities

• Develop and manage timelines for Development events, from planning to execution.
• Coordinate invitations, printing, mailing, and distribution.
• Engage external event vendors and manage contracting and budgeting.
• Lead cross-functional planning meetings and document responsibilities.
• Monitor event plans, deadlines, and budgets; escalate variances.
• Determine on-site staffing and volunteer needs; oversee event execution.
• Plan and execute post-event reporting and reconciliation.
• Ensure events align with Garden policies and protect facilities and reputation.
