Condé Nast in New York is seeking an experienced Manager to advance the company’s global diversity and inclusion strategy, developing and measuring initiatives that strengthen an inclusive culture across our global workforce.
This role collaborates across the People Team, Communications, and ERGs to translate strategy into action, leading programs, partnerships, and executive communications while using data to inform priorities.

Reporting to the Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, the Manager will help advance Condé Nast's global diversity and inclusion strategy by developing, implementing and measuring initiatives that strengthen an inclusive culture across our global workforce.
This individual will play a highly collaborative role across the People Team (HR), Communications, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). They will help translate strategy into action by leading programs, managing partnerships, supporting inclusive talent practices, developing executive communications, and using data and employee insights to inform priorities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships across all levels of the organization, and influencing without direct authority. They are equally excited about developing long-term strategy and executing the day-to-day work required to bring that strategy to life.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $105,000 - $130,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
