As a Sales Leader, you will lead a team of self‑motivated, high‑achieving sales professionals helping regional and community banks grow their businesses. You will be responsible for guiding your team in expanding relationships with FIS core clients by identifying and driving the sale of new products and services. In this leadership role, you will coach, develop, and empower your team while ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies. By delivering industry‑leading solutions through your team, you’ll help drive some of the most exciting new technologies in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.
You will lead a Regional and Community Banking team consisting of sales executives focused on serving existing FIS core clients. The broader regional and community banking sales organization includes 30+ sales executives across four regions, with each region consisting of approximately eight sales executives. Your team will be a diverse group working with banks ranging in size from de novo institutions to $5B+ in assets.
