Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Five years of experience with Tag Management using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with MySQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience coding for tag implementation using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Python.

Job Description

DUTIES: Lead tag implementation projects and drive the strategic deployment of Adobe Launch across digital properties; perform Tag Management using Adobe platforms including Adobe Digital Data Collection Tags (also known as Adobe Launch) and Adobe Analytics Implementation and Reporting; perform data analysis and reporting using MySQL; write code for tag implementation using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Python; work with Customer Data Platforms including Adobe Experience Platform; work cross-functionally to define tagging strategy and capture tagging requirements based off analytics and reporting needs; manage the implementation and maintenance of tags using Adobe Launch, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all digital channels and reporting teams; continuously look for opportunities to optimize tags to enable the best end-user site experience; collaborate with our marketing, media, technology, digital, reporting, analytics, and operations teams to ensure all tags are implemented properly; oversee Comcast India Engineering Center (CIEC) team workload, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of tags across all digital properties; develop and execute a strategic plan for tag management, ensuring alignment. with business objectives, reporting and analytics requirements as well as marketing goals; serve as the subject matter expert on tag management; stay up-to-date with latest developments in tag management systems and digital analytics technologies; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tag deployment, data collection, and tag performance; lead and manage multiple tagging projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards; regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders and senior management; establish and maintain standard operating procedures with clearly defined SLAs; work closely with the analytics teams to monitor and analyze tag performance, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement; and guide and mentor junior-level employees. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience performing Tag Management using Adobe platforms including Adobe Digital Data Collection Tags (also known as Adobe Launch) and Adobe Analytics Implementation and Reporting; performing data analysis and reporting using MySQL; writing code for tag implementation using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Python; and one (1) year of experience working with Customer Data Platforms including Adobe Experience Platform.
