Digital Marketing Manager

Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Exton, PA (On Site or Hybrid)

Reports to: Executive VP, Global Sales, Marketing & Project Management

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award-winning, publicly listed (HKSE), full-service CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across North America, Italy, and China. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and early phase clinical trials to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.

Position/Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence by developing, implementing, and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Collaborating with all business unit leaders, the candidate will plan digital marketing campaigns across website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. They will also maintain our social media presence across all digital channels and measure/report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns leveraging social media networks, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to deliver a cohesive marketing message.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the global website, improving design, traffic, and content.
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic, increase engagement, generate leads, and enhance user experience.
  • Optimize Chatbot platform.
  • Develop email blast campaigns targeting key customers, working with sales operations on execution and tracking.
  • Increase share of voice on social media platforms by designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Utilize analytical tools to evaluate customer experience across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors.
  • Work with IT to optimize the intranet.
  • Drive development and placement of digital ads and support marketing material publication and tracking.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing required.
  • Experience with WordPress CMS required.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • E-mail marketing and drip campaign experience.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Life Science, CRO, or CMO industry is a plus.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable.
  • Strong writing, communication, and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Creative, process-driven thinker.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
