Summary:


The Sales Analyst II will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and other financial data to support the sales team. The successful Sales Analyst II is able to analyze large amounts of data, understand historical performance, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Compile, analyze, and report sales and other financial data

  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends

  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams

  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance

  • Manage full cycle analytics projects to a successful outcome including communicating project and work statuses, accomplishments and roadblocks

  • Understand the evolving needs of the business to anticipate and deliver new reports and dashboards to drive additional business value

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to increase process efficiency

  • Identify and optimize the true drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement and other metrics

  • Participate in the global planning process, with a focus on reporting and process improvement

  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards and documents for the Sales Team as well as segment leaders and internal partners including Marketing, Product Business Units and Finance, providing proactive and reactive support for requests

  • Collaborate with global sales operations teams to enhance consistency across regions.

  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset that helps define and implement process improvement opportunities



Minimum Requirements:



  • Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 3+ years of relevant sales operations, accounting or financial analysis experience OR 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong research and data analysis skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, and other enterprise reporting solutions

  • Strong data analytics skills

  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to receive and process multiple requests efficiently

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest level

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
