Job Details:

Title: Digital Marketing Account Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $31.77/hour based on tenure, performance, and experience

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting client accounts with the Coach
• Participating in coaching calls, taking notes, and reviewing them with the coach before sharing with clients and posting in Notion
• Managing tasks in project management software
• Responding to client emails appropriately
• Maintaining up-to-date client information
• Organizing and posting blogs and reviews on websites and social media
• Assisting with monthly reports
• Testing client website forms
• Executing and maintaining SEO strategies
• Updating GMB profiles
• Completing UTM tags
• Scheduling client calls
• Website updates and edits
• Performing other duties as assigned
