As the Manager, Diagnostic Imaging, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive imaging department spanning multiple modalities. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving process improvement initiatives, ensuring exceptional quality and patient care, and managing departmental financial and human resources.
The Manager partners with physicians, technologists, and hospital leadership to enhance operational performance, optimize workflows, and support a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day operational demands while advancing departmental goals, improving patient experiences, and achieving key quality, regulatory, and financial objectives.

Annual Salary Range: $96,782.40 - $159,700
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
