AdventHealth in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a senior leader for Imaging Operations to oversee multiple sites, drive clinical excellence, and manage a multi-million dollar budget.

You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, improve patient experience, and partner with vendors to implement new technologies while advancing budgets and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a procedural and/or clinical setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to plan budgets and projects and to manage multi-site operations.
• Strong communication skills across levels and departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards at the campus.
• Oversees capital equipment and department construction with vendor partners.
• Improves quality by measuring imaging results and clinical quality.
• Develops strategic plans for imaging operations including budgets.
• Manages relationships within imaging departments and with staff and customers.
• Oversees leadership for the imaging department across sites.
• Ensures exceptional patient experience and satisfaction targets.
• Oversees efficiency, utilization of procedures, staff and equipment.
• Hires, orients, evaluates, and disciplines imaging leadership.
• Executes regional initiatives driving clinical excellence.
• Manages multi-million-dollar budget with accountability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards at the campus.
• Provides oversight of capital equipment and department construction projects, collaborating with vendor partners to implement new technologies.
• Improves quality by ensuring timely delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of Imaging exams and procedures.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for Imaging operations, including budgets and process improvement activities.
• Manages relationships within the Imaging departments, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff.
• Oversees operational and strategic leadership for the Imaging department across multiple sites.
• Ensures exceptional patient experience in assigned areas, achieving patient experience results.
• Oversees efficiency, effectiveness, and utilization of procedural areas, staff, and equipment.
• Hires, orients, evaluates, and disciplines leadership for the Imaging department, maintaining high staff engagement.
• Executes regional initiatives driving clinical excellence for Imaging services in various settings.
• Manages financial oversight of a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring performance accountability and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) [Preferred]OR

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)[Preferred]OR
