Position Purpose
The Manager, Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operational, technical, and clinical functions within the department to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role supervises daily operations, establishes and monitors performance standards, manages staff and patient scheduling, oversees equipment and supply utilization, supports quality improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
The manager serves as both a leader and clinical resource, actively participating in patient care while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This position requires strong leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and operational management skills, including the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
