We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will leverage data insights to inform business decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize operations like ordering, payments, invoicing, and communication.
• Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design data analysis and business intelligence strategies to analyze data, generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, optimize performance, and guide strategic decisions.
• Develop processes for sourcing, validating, transforming, and visualizing data.
• Create graphical representations to facilitate understanding of data concepts and ideas.
• Translate complex data into clear visual stories and reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide data-driven insights into revenue, costs, and operational performance.
• Communicate with customers and partners regarding invoicing and financial queries.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems and tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and translate insights into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently with high ownership.
