Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead strategic data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize core financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will leverage data insights to inform business decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize and automate operations including ordering, payments, invoicing, and communication.
2. Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
3. Design and oversee data analysis and business intelligence strategies to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
4. Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns and optimize performance.
5. Develop data sourcing, validation, transformation, and visualization strategies.
6. Create visual representations to facilitate understanding of data concepts and facts.
7. Translate complex data into clear reports and visual stories for stakeholders.
8. Partner with finance to provide insights into revenue, costs, and operational performance.
9. Communicate invoicing status and financial queries with customers and partners.
10. Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems and tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation

The salary range for this role in applicable states is $95,000 - $105,000, subject to factors like experience and location. The position is eligible for an annual incentive program. Benefits details are available in the Employee Benefits Guide 2025.
