Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing

Location: United States | Remote

Role Overview: Lead data research, visualization, and modernize financial systems. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you'll use data insights to enable smarter decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize operations like ordering, payments, invoicing, and communication.
• Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design and oversee data analysis and BI strategies to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify patterns, optimize performance, and inform strategy.
• Develop data sourcing, validation, transformation, and visualization methods.
• Create visual representations to communicate data concepts effectively.
• Translate complex data into clear reports and visual stories for stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide insights into revenue, costs, and performance.
• Engage with customers and partners on invoicing and financial queries.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related.
• At least 5 years in finance, martech, or IT, with a focus on financial systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills for large datasets and translating insights into business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with customer interaction is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and independent work style.

Benefits and Compensation:
