Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, CYC & Refranchising to join the Burger King North America Refranchising Team in Miami, FL. You will guide prospective franchisees through the Crown Your Career program, acting as their business-side relationship manager throughout the journey.

Responsibilities include due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and coordinating with Training, Field Operations and other teams to close refranchising transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in franchising, business development, finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and improvement of CYC tools and processes for engaging and supporting prospective franchisees.
• Partner with business unit leaders to shape and execute the Crown Your Career strategy and growth.
• Identify and attract best-in-class operators to become Burger King franchisees.
• Lead due diligence on prospective franchisees and plan recruiting activities.
• Build and lead financial models, analyses, and scenarios for diligence and deal execution.
• Lead negotiations and manage transactions from start to finish.
• Coordinate with Training, Franchising, Operations, HR, Finance and Legal teams.
• Lead refranchising transactions from start to finish and oversee handoffs to Field Ops.
• Guide Change of Ownership and New Entity Creation processes.
• Travel 3–5 times per year to support refranchising efforts.
