Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Sr. Manager, Real Estate Asset Management to lead a team managing ~2,400 properties in the US and Canada. You will collaborate with Development, Franchising, Legal, Finance, and Operations to renew leases, manage dispositions, and refranchise deals.

The role requires 6+ years in CRE/asset management, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. In-office work five days weekly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, or related fields in QSR/fast casual.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or finance or related field.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to influence diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with landlords, brokers, and franchisees.
• Strong analytical skills to assess information and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty.
• Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for ~2,400 Burger King properties in US & Canada.
• Set strategy and align with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Development, Franchising, Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
• Design performance metrics and manage workload processes.
• Identify market trends and customer/tenant insights.
• Be a strong mentor, collaborative, and senior-lead presence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer service quality.
• Present regularly to senior leadership on performance.
• Support new restaurant growth opportunities with Development.
