Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, CYC & Refranchising to join its Burger King North America Refranchising Team in Miami, FL. You will guide candidates through Crown Your Career, coordinate with Training and other teams, and drive refranchising deals from start to finish.

The role requires 4+ years in franchising/finance/ops, strong financial modeling, and excellent presentation skills. Expect on-site work five days a week with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in franchising, business development, finance or related field.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective franchisees through the Crown Your Career program through deal diligence and shaping growth.
• Lead negotiations, deal structuring and closing with cross-functional teams.
• Develop marketing materials and maintain relationships with partners supporting the CYC program.
• Collaborate with Training, Field Operations and other teams to ensure smooth transitions.
