Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking a Manager, CYC & Refranchising to guide candidates through the Crown Your Career program and manage refranchising transactions end-to-end.

You will build relationships with franchisees, coordinate with Training and Field Operations, and lead deal negotiations to closure. The role requires 4+ years in franchising or related fields, strong financial modeling, and the ability to work onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of franchising, business development, finance or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex refranchising deals end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, modeling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence on prospective franchisees and refranchising opportunities.
• Coordinate with Development, Training, HR, Finance and Legal teams to close deals.
• Develop marketing materials and maintain relationships with third-party partners.
• Lead Change of Ownership and New Entity Creation processes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and manage multiple workstreams.
