Job summary

Zocks is seeking a Director of Implementation to build and lead a team that onboards, deploys, and trains enterprise and mid-market clients, including large RIAs and banks. You’ll design scalable playbooks, recruit top talent, and guide complex deployments with senior client interaction.

A fast-growing, flexible post-sales environment awaits, with strong collaboration across Sales, Product, and Support. The role is hybrid in Denver, with a base salary in the $180k–$225k range and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, professional services, or related post-sales roles, including years leading and building teams.
• Experience in financial services with CRM, financial planning software and custodian software.
• Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams during growth.
• Experience owning end-to-end enterprise and mid-market SaaS implementations with timelines, adoption, and outcomes.
• Outcome-oriented, ownership-driven, focused on customer value.
• Builder’s mindset: created processes, playbooks and metrics where none existed.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Coach teams through complex multi-stakeholder engagements and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop clear roles, responsibilities and career paths for growth.
