Required Education:
Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school for Radiography; AS Degree; ARRT registered in Radiography and CT: RT(R)(CT); State of Florida General Radiography’s License.
Required Experience:
Minimum: Three years experience as a Lead CT technologist; Preferred: Five (5) years experience as a CT technologist. Previous management experience
Required Certification/License/Registry:
ARRT Registered in RT (R)(CT) and State of Florida General Radiographer’s License.

Manages and assists with the activities of the CT Departments of TMH and NE-ED ensuring orderly workflow and acceptable standards of patient care and safety. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and scheduling of patients. Performs routine CT procedures and examinations. Critiques requisitions for special request exams with guidance from the Radiologists. Assists with the activities of the Radiology Department, as well as other areas of the hospital. Knowledgeable of required information systems within the hospital. Responsible for developing performance management work plans. Identifies and implements process improvement in specific area of responsibility.
