Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Sonographer to perform ultrasound procedures with focus on patient safety and quality imaging. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Sonography Program Registry, American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Minimum: Up to 1 Year Experience as a Sonographer. Preferred: 1+ Years Experience as a Sonographer
• RDMS/ARRT/CB credentialing options accepted; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures and examinations.
• Ensure proper patient care and safety during the patient's ultrasound procedure.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Graduate of an approved Sonography Program Registry, American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Required Experience:

Minimum: Up to 1 Year Experience as a Sonographer is Required. Preferred: 1+ Years Experience as a Sonographer

Required Certification/License/Registry:

Required: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS(AB), RDMS(OB/GYN), RVT) OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (RT(S), RT(VS)) Certification OR Cardiovascular Credentialing International RVS Certification; and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
