Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit healthcare system serving a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. The CT Lead will supervise CT technologists, ensure patient safety, and coordinate daily workflows within the Radiology Department.

The role requires ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification, a Florida radiography license, and 3–5 years of CT leadership/tech experience, with prior management exposure essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program; AS degree; ARRT RT(R)(CT) registered.
• Florida General Radiographer license required.
• Minimum 3 years as Lead CT technologist; 5+ years CT technologist; prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling of patients.
• Perform routine CT procedures and examinations.
• Critique requisitions for special request exams with guidance from Radiologists.
• Assist with Radiology Department activities and other areas of the hospital.
• Develop performance management work plans.
