Job summary

The Toro Company, a Minnesota-based leader in outdoor maintenance solutions, seeks a senior leader to head global credit, collections, and customer onboarding. You will guide a high-performing team, drive efficiency, and strengthen risk controls while partnering with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in credit/risk roles, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP, GetPaid, HighRadius, or BI tools.

What Will You Do?

• Lead and develop a team responsible for global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and strengthen risk management practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support key business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, improve decision‑making, and optimize credit and collections performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted resource for credit-related matters and customer account management.

What Do You Need?

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and utilizing data to support business decisions.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Characteristics: Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Collaborative leaders who can influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Customer‑focused professionals with sound judgment and strong business acumen. What Can We Give You?

• Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $103,300 - $120,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
