  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

As the Manager, Credit, you will lead global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, ensuring sound risk management practices while supporting business growth through effective cross‑functional collaboration and process excellence.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and utilizing data to support business decisions.

  • Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $103,300 - $120,000 . Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
