Job summary

The Toro Company, headquartered in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Manager of Credit to lead global credit, collections, and customer onboarding efforts. You will drive risk management, coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, and guide strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires a finance or related degree with 5+ years in credit or risk roles and strong analytical skills.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements using data to support business decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

• Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $103,300 - $120,000 . Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
