You will oversee Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analyses, driving precision and transparency across the enterprise.

You will mentor a team of analysts, collaborate with senior leaders and audit teams, and lead initiatives to optimize systems (HFM, SAP, Workiva) and strengthen internal controls.

• Solid knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and SEC requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of business experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and/or SEC requirements.
• Proven aptitude for systems, processes, and driving continuous improvement.

• CPA certification or an accounting/finance related advanced degree.
• Experience in a multinational company or a “Big 4” accounting firm.
• Prior experience leading and developing a team.
• Experience with accounting consolidation systems, specifically HFM.
