Job summary

Aquent, a global leader in consumer goods, seeks a seasoned financial professional to head consolidated reporting and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will oversee Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analyses, driving precision and transparency across the enterprise.

You will mentor a team of analysts, collaborate with senior leaders and audit teams, and lead initiatives to optimize systems (HFM, SAP, Workiva) and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 7+ years of business experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong ability to communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and SEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely consolidated financial statements and analyses (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead and develop a team of analysts; mentor others.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting matters for global teams.
• Drive process improvements and optimize internal controls.
