ADP is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing for Conversational & Agentic AI to shape how buyers discover, evaluate, and purchase through AI-powered interactions on ADP.com. You will own the roadmap for these experiences, starting with the AI chatbot and SDR demo pilots, and drive improvements in conversion and lead quality.

You will partner with GPT and other teams to coordinate launch readiness, experimentation, and continuous improvement across buyer journeys.

Competenze

6+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, digital experience, digital product management or marketing technology.
Experience owning a roadmap and driving work across product, engineering and commercial teams without relying on direct authority.
Hands-on experience with digital lead generation, marketing automation, conversational experiences or self-service buying journeys.
Strong grasp of conversion funnels and experimentation.
Ability to write clear requirements, map complex journeys, coordinate testing and QA.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Own buyer journey strategy and the roadmap for conversational and agentic experiences on ADP.com.
Lead the evolution of the AI chatbot experience, including its placement, prompts, content, handoffs and qualification flows.
Drive the AI SDR demo pilot and its next iterations, from product walkthrough to lead capture and routing.
Identify and test additional experiences across the buyer journey.
Define qualification criteria, routing rules, CRM handoffs and follow-up processes with Sales Operations.
Translate marketing needs into briefs for GPT and coordinate launch readiness and QA.
Lead conversion optimization and experimentation; measure engagement and downstream opportunities.
Track agentic shopping behaviors and advise ADP.com on supporting them with trustworthy content.
