You own the roadmap for conversational experiences, partner with GPT and SalesOps, translate needs into clear briefs, and work with analytics and legal teams to ensure launch readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strategic roadmap ownership across product, engineering and marketing.
• Hands-on experience with digital lead generation and marketing automation.
• Strong ability to write clear requirements and map complex journeys.
• Experience partnering with sales operations and privacy/legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own buyer journey strategy and the roadmap for conversational experiences.
• Lead AI chatbot and SDR demo pilots, including qualification flows and lead routing.
• Collaborate with GPT and other partners to translate needs into briefs for delivery teams.
• Measure engagement and conversion, sharing actionable recommendations.
