Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) seeks a Manager, Digital Marketing — Conversational & Agentic AI to shape AI-powered experiences on ADP.com.

You will own the roadmap for chatbot and AI SDR demo pilots, driving buyer exploration and conversion while coordinating with GPT and Sales Operations. You will lead the evolution of the AI chatbot, test new buyer journey experiences, and translate needs into clear briefs for technical partners.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, digital experience, digital product management or marketing technology.
• Experience owning a roadmap and driving work across product, engineering and commercial teams without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience with digital lead generation, marketing automation, conversational experiences or self-service buying journeys.
• Strong grasp of conversion funnels and experimentation; connect metrics to outcomes.
• Ability to write clear requirements, map journeys, coordinate testing and QA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical partners and senior leaders.

Mansioni

• Own buyer journey strategy and the roadmap for conversational and agentic experiences on ADP.com.
• Lead evolution of the AI chatbot including prompts, content, handoffs and qualification flows.
• Drive the AI SDR demo pilot from product walkthrough to lead capture and routing to sales.
• Identify and test additional experiences across the buyer journey (forms, scheduling, product selection).
• Define qualification criteria, routing rules, CRM handoffs and follow-up processes with Sales Operations.
• Translate marketing needs into briefs for GPT and partners; coordinate readiness and quality assurance.
• Lead conversion optimization and experimentation; measure engagement and downstream opportunities.
• Track agentic shopping behaviors and advise ADP.com on supporting them.
