Job Description As a key strategic business partner and consumer insights manager for Hydration, you will have the opportunity to directly impact growth in the Hydration, Desserts & Meals Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute the strategy on beverage mixes including Mio, Crystal Light, and others, by influencing key decisions across the base and strategy arm of the business, from consumer targeting and brand strategy/positioning to renovation, to communication evaluation (and more).

The Role – Key Skills:
  • Strategic: Be a key strategic business partner to Marketing team and a transformational leader. Demonstrating understanding of the consumer, research methodologies/techniques, standard processes and experience to drive the business forward
  • Influential: Influence at all levels of organization (above & below) and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  • Impactful: Influence "so-what’s" by making actionable recommendations routed in deep understanding of marketing, business and consumer

Qualifications
  • 4+ Years of experience in insights (on either the vendor side or client side – client side experience preferred)
  • Proficient in various market research techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Experience working with both primary and secondary data sources
  • Proficient in syndicated research tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, Mintel, etc)
  • New Hire Base Salary Range: $104,200.00 - $130,200.00
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
