Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence-Installation Programs to join our Strategic Value Realization team within the Finance organization. You will oversee the Install Budget for the Master Agreements portfolio, driving financial optimization through cost reduction, schedule acceleration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience negotiating and managing MSAs, supplier agreements, and complex contracts.
• Strong financial acumen with pricing, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial optimization across the Install budget portfolio to reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
• Structure financial protections against inflation and other commercial risks.
• Establish budget baselines, monitor variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and maximize contract-based incentives, credits, and value opportunities.
• Define and report on KPIs, contract scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Partner with finance, procurement, operations, legal, and executives to strengthen governance.
