Job summary

Our client is seeking a Manager, Commercial Education (Spine) to lead the development and execution of education programs across a spine medical device portfolio. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning strategies, ensuring training supports clinical understanding, certification, and field performance.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $102,000 – $177,100 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the spine medical device industry, with experience in Sales, Education, or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with spine enabling technologies in an operating room setting.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs and managing learning initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate needs into education strategies.

The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning strategies, while ensuring training supports clinical understanding, certification, and field performance.
